- Order details: delivery address, order history, payout details for sellers.
- Usage data: pages viewed and searches made, so we can improve the site.
Why we collect it
To take payment, deliver orders, handle returns, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you email about new stock.
Who we share it with
Couriers, payment processors and fraud-prevention providers, strictly to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Account data is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your basket. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@myhero.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
