1. About us

MyHero is a marketplace for pre-owned comics, magazines and graphic novels. We provide the platform, payment handling and Buyer Protection; individual sellers own the items listed.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Buying

• A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where it applies.
• The Buyer Protection fee is mandatory on every purchase.

4. Selling and trade-in

You must own what you list and describe its condition accurately. Trade-in offers are valid for 14 days and subject to inspection on arrival. We may revise or decline an offer if the condition differs from your description.

5. Prohibited items

Counterfeit reprints, stolen goods and material that is unlawful to sell in the UK may not be listed. We remove listings and suspend accounts that breach this.

6. Returns and cancellation

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our returns policy sets out the process and timescales.

7. Liability

We don't limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
